Let's face it, nowadays, anyone with a degree or a certificate calls themselves a fitness expert, but how many of those imitators actually showcase the most elite physique as well as the highest tier of knowledge acquirable? That's where I come in.


My journey to becoming a physician has been paralleled by a deep commitment to natural fitness. This personal experience, coupled with my medical knowledge, has allowed me to develop highly efficient training methodologies that maximize results for the time invested. I am now dedicated to sharing these insights with fellow busy professionals. 


There are many doctors out there claiming to be the expert but I am THE Doctor when it comes to fitness and health advice. Do not be fooled by the fakes and knockoffs out there. I have purposely turned down all sponsorship offers as to keep this website a legit and unbiased repository of information. My goal is to get THE best information from someone who practices what they preach in your hands in the right place!
